As a result of this and other decisions, a &#8220;http://green.yahoo.com/news/livescience/20100430/sc_livescience/expertsmostofthegulfoilspillwontbecleanedup.html">containable accident</a>&#8221; became a crisis. Worse still, <a
href="http://www.csmonitor.com/Science/2010/0430/Experts-Most-of-Gulf-of-Mexico-oil-spill-won-t-be-cleaned-up">only a small fraction of the spill is likely to cleaned up</a>, although this may be a blessing in disguise since some believe that <a

href="http://dealbook.blogs.nytimes.com/2010/01/14/forget-wind-pickens-turns-focus-to-gas/">downplays wind</a> in his wind+natural gas &#8220;plan.&#8221; The remaining order with GE has been halved to three hundred odd turbines, whose future home is expected to be relocated from the Texas panhandle to Canada or Montana.</p><p><img
